  1. Fantastic story told in an amazing way. Throughout the reading we will feel all the emotions of Sivagami. One of the best books I have read. This is a must have for a book lover. This can be counted as Anand sir's best work .
  2. There's a twist every turn. Wasn't much crazy about movie, just picked the book as it went on low price just before release of Bahubali 2. So instead of waiting for movie, I thought to give this a try and I'm eagerly waiting for 2nd part now
  3. As I said I read it in a loop and finished it in couple of days. I am not trying to say that I finished it fast but am making a point that the book made me read it completely without pausing. Every chapter was mind blowing. The way the narrator has brought life to different characters and narrated their stories and connected them all is something that has mesmerised me. Kudos to you Anand Neelakantan, you poured life into Mahishmathi and I felt like watching every scene unfold in front of my eyes!

  1. The author has made a good attempt at recreating the Baahubali dynasty. But I found myself skipping pages simply because the story dragged too much. Many parts of the story are left open ended for sequels.
  2. Definitely not a book for children due the descriptive narratives on violence and sexuality.
  3. Please make the reader enthusiastic... for wat happens next... narrative style was also not so impressive. Elivate the scenes with ur words...
Explanation about The beauty of girls has to erotic not vulgar... romantic scenes of Ally also have to be erotic, but u have not at all concentrated on it.
